RETURNS

We DO NOT accept returns unless there are specific reasons, these are you recieved a damaged product or the product is the wrong size. The whole point of the mystery box is the unknown, the mystery.

We DO NOT accept any items that are returned to us in a different state than when they were sent out, all tags must be on the item.

IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOR THE RETURNS FEE AND THE DELIVERY FEE EVERY ITEM RETURNED TO US MUST BE TRACKED DELIVERY.
